Removing "EDIT" from public post so that readers may not change messages

  I am unable to remove “edit” from my published posts which allows others to easily go in and alter my blog messages. How can I not show edit on the public post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Log out of WordPress.com.
  http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=logout

  Do you see those “Edit” links now? No.

  So don’t worry.
