Removing features from a theme

    Found a great template I want to use: Sliding Door 1.8.7 by Wayne Connor but want to remove the sliding images so I have a nice clean, one colour background, i.e all black. How do I do that?

    You haven’t provided the complete URL for the blog in question starting with http:// and we cannot provide specific advice and correct answers without it. Will you please post it now?

    Are you aware that there is no FTP access to wordpress.COM free hosted blogs and we cannot upload and install themes into them? Are you aware that we cannot access the temaplate files underlying themes at wordpress.COM and edit them?

    These are the only themes we can use on free hosted wordpress.com blogs > Appearance > Themes
