Removing Fees from cart for x product

  Hi Team..
  I’m looking for assistance in finding a woocommerce plugin that allows me to remove fee’s when a coupon is used on a payment plan.
  We potentially have to have the student purchase a course with the fee, then reinburse this amount, then edit the line in the commissions to exclude fees for the remainder of the payment plan.
  Any help is appreciated.
