Removing files from the cache

  Removing files from the cache.

  I have been directed to remove the files at http://balcatta.files.wordpress.com/2011/12/cc2ab.pdf and http://balcatta.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/cc3ab.pdf as they infringe copyright. I have deleted the blog but could you please help me get them out of the cache?
