Removing followers to start blog over
-
I am a teacher and I write a class site every year. My students subscribe via email to receive my updates automatically. I have two urls and I trade off which name I use. I just make the previous year private, then give the new students the other URL. But I can’t delete my followers anymore–I know they don’t want to follow anymore, but do they have to do it now? Will it no longer let me just delete them all? I’d rather not start a new blog because I like the other url better.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. -
Ok, thank you! I’ve emailed my new students my first two posts so I’ll just keep doing that until someone tells me what to do! Appreciate your quick response.

Staff will need the URL of the blog your are referring to so please make sure that information is found in this thread.

It is, but I moved the blog to private already. Do I need to open it again or can they still see what they need to?
-
No that’s not necessary as Staff can view private blogs. Thanks for confirming the URL above is the correct one.
