Removing formatting settings after deleting formatted text
-
At the very beginning of a new post, I copied and pasted a definition from dictionary.com (and linked it to the page it came from). The font type, size, etc came with it. Which is good, I want that.
But now I need to add a paragraph above it, but it will not paste or allow me to type without the formatting. I tried deleting it but that didn’t work either. The formatting settings remain in the blank space left behind.
I have already written the draft, with pictures, links, etc and I simply need to add a blurb at the top of the page. I do not want to start all over if I can help it.
I need to do one of these two things: restore the pasted text to the default font type and size, or delete (and repost after) the dictionary definition with the formatting deleting with it, freeing the blank space to go back to the blog’s default font and font size.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
