Removing G suite

  Hello,

  I am about to be charged $60 for a g-suite charge, I would like g-suite removed from my account as it has never worked for me therefore I have never used it.

  Hi Ashley,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any G Suite subscriptions. Which domain did you purchase a subscription for? Please do not share any transactions IDs here, a site link is the information I need.

  If you haven’t done so already, please log out and try logging back in using the email address you renewal reminder was sent to. Once logged in to the correct account, there should be an option to cancel the subscriptions from the Manage Purchases page.

  Hi! It’s this account, I keep getting an email saying it will automatically renew for $60 in so many days.

  Hmm, we still don’t see it on this account. Can you tell us the gsuite email address, or tell us what email address the notifications are going to? You can type it out as a regular address here; our system will redact it so only staff can see it.
