Removing Google Global Site Tag

    I recently opted to switch over to Google Tag Manager and have successfully implemented it on my site. The issue now is how do I remove the global site tag? Via my tag assistant extension, I see that I have 2 tags (GTM & Global site tag [gtag.js]), yet I only need one (please correct me if I’m wrong). Not sure of this influences the answer to this question, but I also use elementor. If you need additional info, just ask and I can provide.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
