Removing GSuite

  Hello, I moved my domain to a different server but am still receiving emails showing that wordpress.com will charge my annual GSuite subscription, but I do not want it managed by wordpress.com. How to I delete my subscription to Gsuite?

  Hi there,

  To cancel your G Suite subscription, make sure you are logged into your account and head to the link below. There should be the option to cancel there:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Once you cancel with WordPress, your G Suite will be managed directly by Google.

  Hi tylerking020318,

  The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t purchased any G Suite subscriptions. Which domain do you need help with? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, the domain is the only information I need for now.

  Can you also try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to? As @tifanne83 mentioned, the subscription should be listed on the Manage Purchases page once you are logged in to the correct account.

  If the G Suite upgrade is cancelled on WordPress.com, you would need to purchase it through Google to continue using the service.
