Removing header and navigation bar
-
How do I remove the header and navigation bar from a single page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there – It’s not really possible to do that. Can you provide a bit more detail about why you want to do that, and what you want it to look like? There might be some workaround that will achieve the same effect. :)

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I am trying to embed my wordpress blog into my existing website http://www.fionataylor.org.uk using an ifarme.
This has worked but I have a black banner and the navigation bar from the blog. I want the blog on my website to look the same as the rest of the site.
thanks -
The top gray nav. bar is MY nav. bar – removing that in the past has been against the terms of service and your blog can be suspended if you remove it.
Map your blog as a sub-domain to your web site – looks and works better than a slimy iframe. $ 13.- / year

Hi there – We don’t really recommend using iframes, as they can cause some problems for you. Instead, I’d also suggest you map a subdomain — for example, you’d map blog.fionataylor.org.uk to your WordPress.com blog.
Then, you could create a menu tab on your WordPress.com blog for “Home” that linked back to your website, and a tab on your website for “Blog” that links to your blog.
Would that work? Here are instructions for how to map a subdomain:
