Removing heading on front page

  I use the theme Ixion. The top image has a short heading over it. The heading is not part of the image. I wish to edit the heading. I cannot find where to do this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If yes then you can remove that site identity by using the customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/

  Hi @forallanimals!

  You can edit (or hide) your site title and tagline as @timethief has described.

  I did want to mention – it looks like https://forallanimals.wordpress.com/ is currently using the Twenty Eleven theme, not Ixion – Perhaps you had previewed Ixion, but haven’t activated it yet? :)
