Removing 'home' button and spacing issues

    I would like to remove the ‘home’ button from my page, as well as the two lines below the home button. This would be to ultimately make my static page (post) move higher up on the screen so you can see the entire post straight away instead of scrolling.

    I would also like to change the colour of the wording “Blog at WordPress.com. The Hero Theme” to make it less visible.

    The theme I’m using is the Hero Theme.

    The site I need help with is: fujitsuevents.wordpress.com

    Hi there, give the following a go and see what you think.

    .home header {
        display: none;
    }
    .site-info, .site-info a {
        color: #555;
    }

    On the footer credits (second rule above) I would not go any darker than what I have. The footer credits have to remain visible and readable per our Terms of Service. With the above they are definitely far less noticeable for you.

    On the header change, I’ve specifically targeted only the home page since on other pages, you would want some sort of link for your visitors to be able to get back to the home page if they needed or wanted to.

    That worked perfectly! Understandable re: footer credits so thank you for the great suggestion there.

    Thank you so much for your help!
