Removing home page and moving widgets to top of Home page
-
Spoke to the live help and they have told me to post here, as what I want to do on the website can be done by CSS.
Here is the chat that we had.
Could anyone help with how to do it?
ThankyouSite I need help with: http://q-busters.co.uk
On the home page, it says home and then there is a gap to the widgets….
How do I get it so the widgets are at the top…. maybe even without the home writing at all? or if the home writing has to be there, how do I get the widgets just below it.Also the first testimonial is just there on its own, how do I get a title for the testimonials???
Hi there! Are we referring to the widgets like “PREVIOUS EVENTS” ?
Do you want them to go a bit above, and remove the “Home” text part?
If so, this can be done by CSS. Can you post this query in our dedicated CSS forum, where our experts can give you the code required to move the widgets and hide Home:

Hi there!
You can hide the section between your menu and your widgets with this CSS:
.front-page-content-area { display: none; }Then, if you’d like to add a title to the top of your Testimonials section, give this a try:
#front-page-testimonials:before { display: block; content: "Testimonials"; text-align: center; font-size: 2em; }Add both of those under My Site > Customize > CSS and you should be good to go. Let me know how it looks! :)
