Removing info from top left hand side so that post takes up more width

  Hi all,

  Apologies for newbie question. How do I make sure the info on the top left hand side of my posts doesn’t appear when published, so that the post itself can take up far more width of the blog? At the moment it’s really narrow.

  See https://notesontravel.wordpress.com/ the first post. I want to make the width of the actual words of the post bigger.

  Problem solved – I chose a new theme.
