removing interfering text from the editing page

  In editing my stories I cannot remove the text that blocks the story I want to edit.

  I’m not sure I understand what text you are referring to. Could you be a little more specific about what is in that text?

  My blog is morristownmemos.wordpress.com. I opened a story on it to change some text and went to the “edit” tab at the bottom. BUT when it opened there was a column of text in front of my story. I could not see the text in order to edit.

  Many times you can solve problems like this by logging out of WordPress.com, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and then logging in again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  What browser and version are you using?
