Removing item

    On my first blog post above the welcome it says featured. Is their a way to remove the featured icon?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    It’s a part of your WordPress.com site theme’s functionality. To remove that, you will either have to remove that blog post from the featured list (remove the featured tag from that post), or use a CSS to hide that.

    You can use this CSS to hide that element.

    .featured-post {
	display: none;
}

    Note that you will be able to use custom CSS only if your WordPress.com site is on the WordPress.com Premium plan or WordPress.com Business plan. Learn how to use custom CSS here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/

    If you are on the free WordPress.com plan or WordPress.com Personal plan, you will not be able to use custom CSS, and remove the post from featured list is your only choice. You can check this here. https://wordpress.com/pricing/
