Removing Jetpack link when domain name is not available

My self hosted WP sites have been hacked and my host has suspended my account. Anyone visiting my domain names is met by ‘This account has been suspended’.

I had thought to create some WP.com sites and forward the domain name from my registrar to the WP.com site where I can publish a quick explanation for visitors while I sort the problem out. I have done this with one site where I was not using Jetpack and it works fine.

However, I was using Jetpack on most of my self hosted sites and see that this has created sites on WP.com that I never realised existed – and I can’t access either /wp-admin or View Site because they just go straight to the suspended page – so I cannot publish anything or see the URL to set up the domain forwarding.

How do I break that link created by Jetpack when I can’t access wp-admin?
This question applies to all of my sites in the drop down menu.
