Removing “Just another wordpress blog”

    Is it possible with CSS to remove the line “Just another wordpress blog”. That line seems like a ridiculous thing to put in a header. If it is just another why do it?

    Also can the Categories be removed and the Blogroll changed to another name?

    Go to settings and type something else in it’s place, or leave it blank.

    You can rename blogroll under manage—->links—-> Category (name a category) and then reassign the links to the renamed category so that it isn’t the default, “blogroll.”

    To remove categories, remove the widget from the sidebar

    Design—> Widgets—> edit category widget—-> remove
