Removing leave a reply section on galleries and posts

  Hello,

  I’m a complete novice so any guidance is appreciated.
  I have tried to remove comments using numerous methods on this forum. Including unchecking all of the comment boxes on my discussion panel.

  It is a gallery website so I wish to remove the ‘leave a reply’ section underneath my photos, on both gallery widgets and blog posts.
  website- http://www.danunsworth.com. CSS I’ve used so far

  ‘.comment-form-field {
  display: none;
  }

  #jp-carousel-form-container {
  display: none;
  }

  p.post-com-count {
  display: none;
  }’

  Any help is much appreciated
