removing likes
-
I am in the process of changing the contents of one of my blogs. I’ve not used it since 2013. I know how to export the contents etc., but the home/about has likes from when it was in its previous incarnation.
I’ve rewritten the About page to explain what the updated site is going to be about but it has the likes from when it was my story site and I’d like it be clean but I can’t figure out how to do this.
Will I have to export and clear the whole site and copy the newly written About back in, or is there a simpler way? I’d rather leave the old posts in there, set as private, and move them at my leisure. I just want to delete the previous likes from the About page.
Thanks
Martin

Good morning –
I think the easiest option is this…
1. Copy the content of the old page
2. Paste it to a new page
3. Delete the old page and clear the trash
4. Use the old slug for the new pageOnce the old page is completely deleted the likes will be gone. Let me know if you need help with these steps.
