Removing Linked Blogs

  I need help in removing a couple of linked blogs from my WordPress. I’ve searched the forums and found out that I have to request support to remove them for me. So here are the sites that I wish to remove:

  http://flavoroftheday.tinabargo.com
  http://numerics.tinabargs.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
