Removing linked blogs

  I have a blog on WP.com, but I also have the self hosted WP.org. I want to remove my WP.org blog from the linked blogs list. I didn’t find any option to do that. My blog is enzotheresa.wordpress.com and the linked blog that I want to remove is enzotheresa.kuheo.com. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks :)
