Removing Linked Blogs

  I had some blogs from a self-hosted site that are linked to wordpress.com. These blogs are no longer active and the hosted site is gone… how do I unlink the blogs?

  http://www.patranella.org/blog/
  http://www.patranella.org/rpg/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
