  please, how do i remove menu from the client dashboard by modifying code?

  Hi there,

  It is not possible to modify the dashboard menu at either My Sites or WP-Admin for sites hosted on WordPress.com. To do that you’d need to use the open source WordPress.org software, and at a hosting provider that allows you to modify WordPress core files.
