removing my “about me” from posts

How do I remove the “about me” from my posts? I read in another thread (that’s closed) about people wanting to add the “about me” at the bottom of a post, but not one where someone wants to remove it. I don’t want to get rid of my “about me” information…I just don’t want it popping up in posts.

First off, we need a link to the blog please so that we can see what theme you are using and see if there is a way to remove it.

If this is the blog you are talking about, http://brewinghistory.com/ , then sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently and our answers typically will not work for you.

Remove the about me info on your Gravatar profile via the about me section then the about the author section should disappear from your posts…
