Removing my details from front page of post

  I don’t like the way a form appears under my post. It is a form that has my username, wordpress address and email address. I don’t want this to appear under every new post I publish. Can you please help? very frustrated.

  I thought one had to add a contact form manually to a post, can’t you simply delete the contact form by editing the post ?

  And don’t worry, when I look at your blog it has my contact details in … basically the form is trying to help whoever’s looking at it in filling in the details for them so they don’t have to …
