Removing myself as administrator

  How do I remove myself as the administrator of a blog I created?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  -Log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard
  -Click on ‘users’ on the left hand side -Check the box next to your name
  -In the “bulk actions” dropdown, choose “remove”

  Are you transferring administrative privileges to someone else beforehand?

  You can’t remove yourself until there is at least one other admin.

  I have already tried the above attempt and it gives me an error. There is at least one other administrator already.
