Removing no-longer self-hosted site from My Blogs?

  How do I remove my self-hosted blog from my blogs list if I don’t have access to the site anymore?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am trying to remove both blogs:

  http://www.inhabit-realty.com
  http://www.taratedesco.wordpress.com (created in error)

  from my wordpress.com account and add my new one (self-hosted) TaraTedesco.com.

  Can you help?
