removing old blog

I have an old blog – the email is no longer active so I cannot get into the admin panel – I want to remove this blog so as not to cause confusion – how do I do this.
The blog is Tales of an Entrepreneurial Mum – it is linked to strategic writing – the contact email is strategicwriting.com which is no longer active as it hasnt been used in over 5 years.
The URL below is not correct as I have had to log in on a separate account to access this..the url is http://happytobe07.wordpress.com/
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
