Removing old blog and creating new one

  I have a blog (dearboss1) that I want to remove and replace with another blog. How do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you mean you want your new site to appear in your username link? If so, go to this link https://wordpress.com/me/account and in the space for Web Address replace the old site with the new site’s address.
