  How can I remove “Older posts” in the bottom & show there Page No# like 1, 2, 3.

  How to remove “Older posts” depends on the theme you are using. Can you please link to your WordPress.com blog or let us know what WordPress.com theme you are using?

  There is not a way to replace “Older posts” with page numbers on WordPress.com blogs. WordPress.com doesn’t offer an option to do that.
