removing or changing the time and date of blog post?

  How do I remove or change the date of posts, I am writing up about past events and would like to either hide the time and date of post or change it to the date that said event took place.

  any help appreciated !

  You can edit the date for each post in the editor and that will be reflected on the front end (public side) of your site.

  Open the post in the editor and click the date icon to set a new date:

  

  Click Update when you’re done.

  Alternatively, if you prefer to hide the post dates, this should do it on your site udeveloping.wordpress.com, running Ecto:

  .posted-on {
   display: none; 
  }
