removing or no indexing tag-url from search

  when I search on google, the results showing tag pages ( Like http://yazeed.me/tag/london/ ) , which I want the post page url showing instead of it .
  In fact I did some search and all the results I found for this problem it’s for wordpress.org and with plugins.
