Removing Page Title from Home Page Featured Image – Venture theme

  Hello!

  I’m having trouble removing the page title that overlays my homepage featured image WITHOUT removing all other page titles in different sections on my landing page.

  The page is terrajoycommunications.com and uses the Venture theme

  The only CSS code I got to “work” to take off the page title overlay on the Home/Welcome featured image is below (but it removes all other page and blog titles linked to on the home page as well- not what I wanted).

  .home.page .entry-title {
  display: none;
  }

  How can I adapt this CSS code so that only the page title overlay at the top of the home page is removed?

  Thank you so so much for your help in advance!! I’ve been struggling with this for so long, even though I do this sort of thing for other people!

  Hi there, each section on the home page has a unique post CSS class, change what you have to this, which targets only the first section to hide “Welcome!”

   display:none;
  }
