Removing Page Title in WordPress – Confit Theme

I recently started my own wordpress and am wanting to remove the page title from my home page and possibly others. After doing research online, I am still unable to navigate the solution for this problem. With multiple videos/blogs citing the “edit” tab under the appearance drop down menu to edit through .php – I found that there is no edit tab on my dashboard. I’m not sure if this is an issue do to the theme itself, editing with a mac, etc. Any advice and step by step instructions would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Have you purchased an annually renewable custom design upgrade to do the required CSS editing to achieve that?
