removing pages from the Pages tab

  Does anyone know how to remove the spurious page called Home (basically the title page without any editable text) from the Pages tab. I am on a WordPress.org Blog hosted by Bluehost http:www.sequencedancescripts.com. I’m using a theme called Integrati 4.0

  Also does anyone know of a really SIMPLE one column theme that is more like a normal website format as opposed to a Blogging format.
