Removing Photos from another user’s WordPress Site

  Hi, I urgently need photos of me removed from a website hosted by WordPress as they present a privacy issue. I have been emailing the owner for years asking them to be taken down but have not gotten a response. I am wondering if there is anything WordPress can do anything about this? Thanks
