Removing pre-set wordpress links on Blogroll

  • Unknown's avatar

Hi, I’m a newbie blogger and not sure of my way around.

I want to add links to other sites and create a list of them for visitors to see. I can see how to add links to my blogroll. My question is can I/should I remove the wordpress links already there? I see that I can edit/delete them (in my dashboard/Links page). But if I delete them will I lose them completely. I just didn’t want them on my blogroll links list. Maybe other people keep them there? Just not sure.

    Thanks for any advice

    Jude

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s up to you to choose which site you wish to link to. If you do not want to link to that string of wordpress links then delete them.

Thanks! I meant to come back to you earlier to say I figured it out. I didn’t want to delete the links – just hide them on the front of my blog. I found I could click on the links and make them private instead of visible.

    Many thanks again

I’m sorry I didn’t understand that you didn’t want them to be visible. I thought you wanted them gone. Thanks for letting us know you resolved thtis. :)
