Removing question from this forum (including this one)
-
I really hope I can find an answer to this Q. I cannot find a webmaster to contact about this, so I am coming to the support forum in an out-of-game context.
Okay, so my blog is part of an immersive, trans-meda story. But i asked a help question on here that was out-of-game and mentioned the blog by name and so now the OOG question shows up whenever the name of the blog is googled, which ruins the immersion effect. Is there any way to edit the two blog names out of that post or simply delete the post altogether, as well as this one? I cannot seem to find an edit button or anything… and this is fairly dangerous for my story’s immersion. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Contact staff at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ and search for anything, scroll down, click the “No…” button and the form will appear and give the links to both of the threads and what you want done.
If it is the site linked to your username, then you are in control of that. Go to users > personal settings, scroll down to account details and remove the site URL from the URL field and save.
In general, staff do not delete threads except in extreme circumstances, and really, the damage is already done. It will be probably 6 months or so after they delete the stuff here (if they will) before it will disappear from the search engines, and in the case of Yahoo, it my not ever be deleted. Yahoo never seems to clear and reindex.
