    Redirects or Domain mapping?

I will flag this for staff attention to help you

There are currently no upgrades purchased under your account. If there’s a manual redirect on your .co.uk domain, you need to remove/revert that from your domain registrar’s control panel.

hello, thanks for your replies and thanks for the clarification kardotim
i think i may just have to wait for the DNS to propogate?
I have transferred the co.uk domain name from Namesco to TSO Host
it has been apx. 48hrs but when I put the co.uk domain into browser, it is still being directed to the example.wordpress.com address

However, in the WordPress Store > Domain settings, the co.uk address remains “Mapped to WordPress.com” – I have no experience of this I’m afraid and your support is most welcome!

What’s the address of your co.uk domain name?

btw the upgrades were not purchased via my account but by my friend who set up the original website…

    Domain Mapped to WordPress.com
    Status: Active

    kardotim, the address is mythirdfavouritepen.co.uk
the upgrades were purchased by user “lizabaron” before I got involved

He can simply cancel the domain mapping upgrade from ‘Store’ -> ‘My Upgrades’ in his blog’s dashboard.

As far as I can see the domain already redirects to the new host. If you don’t see the change yet, please try clearing out your cache.
