Removing 'remembered password'

On the main wordpress.com page, the web site keeps remembering my password. No matter how many times I remove cookies/cache/stored website material in Windows 10 Anniversary version, or I uncheck the ‘Remember password’ box on the login screen, I have not been able to stop the web site from autofilling the password. (It is represented by dots). How do I make wordpress STOP autofilling the password?

We don’t auto-fill your password. That would make absolutely no sense, as we’re the ones requiring the password to verify you have the right to access your site.
Remembered passwords are stored in your browser, and it’s your browser that auto-fills it. Clearing history cookies and cache does not cleared saved passwords, as those are stored completely separately in your browser from other browsing history. You can find instructions how to clear saved passwords in Firefox here:
