removing search box (On Demand Theme)
-
Hello Forum
I have WordPress Premium and want to remove the search box at the top of my page (also OnDemand Theme text in Footer).
I understand WP Premium allows CSS editing. Can I do this alteration with CSS.
Unfortunately I am not a coder or familiar with CSS.
Thanks

Hi there, the following will remove the search box from top right for you.
#header-right { display: none; }The footer credits for WordPress.com and the theme have to remain visible and in the same location per our Terms of Service (#11).
You can however add a copyright to the footer, and you can also restyle the existing credits to better fit with your design as long as they remain in place and readable. If you would like help restyling the credits, just let us know and we would be happy to help.

Fantastic…thank you thesacredpath…it worked
Would be nice to have smaller font on credits because as it is now they stand out more than normal text.
Kind regards

Reducing size of video on main page.
Placed a YouTube url on main page and video is far too large when displayed. How do I adjust the size (would like to have it same size as images…).
Tried customizing media width…did not changeThanks

Please use this CSS to reduce the font size of footer credits a bit:
#footer-content a { font-size:12px; }If you are using YouTube shortcode to embed videos on your front page, you can adjust the height and width of the video using the Video Customization Options of the YouTube shortcode.

Thank you chaitanyamsv that worked well (credit font).
I tried to using recommended customization option for shortcode …the size of video changed but the screen did not display the video (it was empty 0:00 and had a error note).
This is code I used;
