Removing secondary admin

  I need to remove a person from havin access to my web page.
  I have a jealous old co worker who sold me the .com and .com.au domain names. Now my business is taking off hes continually messing with my site.
  Heatandhales.com & heatandhale.com.au.

  Please help

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums

  Your hosting provider might also be able to help if your former colleague has access to your hosting account for the site, so also try contact them directly.

  Thank you. I have tried contacting him continuously but getting no where.
  He still has the registered email as his. So any attempt i try changing its status. Due to his access it has been suspended. Well so it would say when (email visible only to moderators and staff)/.au was searched. Now it goes no where.

  I had this happen from the same person earlier in my business ventures and i lost ever bit of hard work id put into it up till then. Im worried that is what is going to happen here. I need him gone!
  Please help.

  Hi heatandhale,

  Sorry to hear you haven’t had much luck contacting him. As much as we’d like to help, there isn’t anything more we can do because the site isn’t hosted on our servers. If you haven’t done so already, I recommend following @kokkieh’s recommendation of contacting your host to see if they can offer any advice.
