Removing sidebar widget

  I am trying to delete the sidebar widget. I’ve tried dragging it to inactive widgets, but it won’t allow me to select the actual widget. I.e. I can’t actively grab the widget. Only an arrow or a pointed hand appear over the widget, not the cross.

  What widget do you want to remove?

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Internet Explorer?

  I actually just figured it out. It wasn’t a particular widget I had up; I was accidentally still enabling the sidebar option in my theme. I just disabled it and the format returned to normal. Thanks all the same.
