Removing site created by previous leader

  Site: https://troop209.wordpress.com/ was setup by scout master more than 6 years ago. We would like to take this site down but not sure how since no one knows who set this up. What if anything can be done?

  Hello @shinabro211017,

  You need to have access on the WordPress.com that has Administrator access to that website, in order to delete it. If you don’t have that, I’m sorry, but I’m afraid it’s not possible.

  You can try using the “Lost Password” link from this page: https://troop209.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ If you will visit this blog – https://troop209.wordpress.com/ -, you will find the username as the author in one of the posts.

  You can also try to do Account Recovery.

  I really hope that this gets sorted out.
