I have two blogs created under 1 account and need to completely disassociate the creator ID from site #2. I am unable to do that as site admin with ID associated with site because I did not create site with this ID.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Regardless of the number of blogs registered under the same username account, email address and gravatar, Your username can be linked to a single primary blog only.

To disassociate blogs currently registered under the same username accounts you must log out, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies, and without logging in, register another username account under a different email address. Then you can transfer the blog to it.

    Transfer a Site

I contacted WP last year, doing exactly that, or so I thought, but both ID’s show up under site #2.

When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then we subscribe to this thread so we are notified when they respond. Thank you. I’ve followed all steps as outlined in 2015. I once more removed all cookies, etc., but am still unable to remove the creator ID from the website. It would be most helpful to have a Staff member contact me with instructions.

It would be a lot easier to sort this out if you could clarify the usernames and site names. If you’d rather not do that here on a public forum, please email us at help@wordpress.com
