Removing Site From WordPress

    I need help removing my site from WordPress ASAP.

    I started the refund process yesterday, and the same message still appears on my dashboard: ‘We are still in the process of removing one or more of your sites. This process normally takes 15-20 minutes. Once removal is completed, you should be able to close your account from this page.’

    Can someone please help me out with this urgent request??

    Correct account: Yes

    We’re sorry to see you go. Is there anything we could have done to keep your website on WordPress.com?

    Regarding the refund, please note that your subscription was canceled on August 15, and a refund was issued on the same day. The site was not deleted because it still had some features that needed to be removed manually, but that did not prevent the cancellation of the plan or the refund.

    You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    I’ve removed the features that were preventing the site from deleting. You can follow the instructions here to delete the site now:
