Removing site logo banner

  Hi,
  When I scroll down the homepage, there is a grey banner that stays on the webpage with the site logo and side navigation icon. I’d like to remove or make this grey banner transparent as it disturbs from the full-page view of the website. I tried using CSS to reduce the opacity but doing that also makes the logo and site navigation icon disappear. Is there a way to just make the grey band disappear? Thanks!

  Find this rule in your custom CSS and change #fff to transparent

  #header .top.solid, #header .top, .has-banner #header .top.solid {
      background-color: #fff;
      opacity: 0.8;
  }
