Removing sites connected via Jetpack from My Blogs
-
Hi,
Having seen previous requests it appears I need to post a new topic to get manual assistance in removing unwanted sites from My Blogs.I have 4 sites previously connected via Jetpack which are no longer mine. And additionally there appears to be a site listed which I have had absolutely no connection or involvement with?
I’d prefer to email the list of sites, particularly the random addition, rather than posting them publicly…
Thanks in advance!

I have the same issue here as I don’t have access to that website anymore. I prefer that I’ll email the name of the website to somebody from the WordPress Support Team.

Hi there,
You’re welcome to directly contact our Jetpack support team or email WordPress.com support for help with this. (Please only contact us using one of those methods; our team replies via email in the order support requests are received.)
Also, just a note if any of the sites are still active: If you want a site removed from your account, but somebody else is still using the site, removing it from our end will cause the site stats and other Jetpack features to stop working.
Instead, the new site owner can go to the Jetpack menu in their dashboard, disconnect it, and then re-connect it with their own WordPress.com account. That way, the new owner will be able to maintain the stats history and their Jetpack features will continue working with no interruptions. It will also remove the site from your account.

Hi @rachelmcr,
What about those sites that were previously linked to WordPress.com via Jetpack that no longer exist. I mean, those sites were already deleted.
Thanks!

@pubglic
You can’t delete them but Staff can. Provided you post the URLs of self hosted blogs you want deleted from your account into a forum thread like this one, Staff can do this for you. Please do that now as I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. -
Thanks!
