Removing sites on a domain I no longer own from the “My Blogs” dashboard

All the sites at dendro.com are defunct, as I lost control of the domain due to a renewal error by GoDaddy years ago. But I cannot remove these blogs linked to my account from the My Blogs page, and they still clutter my Jetpack app on my phone. How do I remove these non-Wordpress hosted blogs from my account?

Hi, you’ll need staff assistance in removing those dead jetpack connections from your WordPress.com account.
Please confirm for them which domains should be removed.

dendro.com
paula.dendro.com
chaos.dendro.com
sharpstickinmyeye.com
There also appear to be two separate links to my primary blog, thepacketrat.com. One shows up in Jetpack with no content, the other shows stats and posts from my active blog.
